Brenton Builds is a Port Macquarie building company specialising in custom homes, architecturally designed residences, substantial renovations and home extensions throughout the Hastings region.

Led by local builder Lachlan Brenton, the business takes on a carefully selected number of projects so the team can remain closely involved from the early planning stages through to construction and handover.

Their approach places as much importance on the building experience as the finished home. Clear project documentation, transparent conversations about scope and investment, regular communication and structured quality control help clients understand what is happening and what comes next.

Brenton Builds works closely with homeowners, architects and building designers to turn considered plans into well-resolved homes. Early involvement can also give clients practical construction input before every design decision has been finalised.

Projects range from individually designed new homes and architectural builds through to major renovations and extensions that improve how an existing property functions for the people living in it.

Quality is managed throughout construction rather than treated simply as a final inspection, supported by active supervision, trusted trades and the Brenton Builds 287-point quality checklist.

For homeowners planning a significant residential project in Port Macquarie or the wider Hastings region, Brenton Builds offers a highly involved, structured approach built around clarity, collaboration and accountability.
